1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sheffield Egypt (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Sheffield Egypt website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Shipment

We deliver your order within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via Bosta, our trusted delivery partner across Egypt.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via message to follow your order.

4. Defect or Damage to you Product

We do not provide our product with a warranty

In case of defect in our products, you are pleased to take a picture and send it to our customer service on info@tekotex.com and one of our team will get back to you immediately.

In case of damage, you are pleased to take a picture of the package or the carton and the product and send us an email on info@tekotex.com and we will get back to you soon

5. Payments

Any transaction happens over an SSL secured channel and is encrypted with digital signatures.

We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
